Order Management & Checkout

Automated order intake, a multi-currency checkout on the merchant’s own site, and tax handling for EU, UK and UAE jurisdictions, with PIN-based customer identification rather than mandatory account registration. Payments are taken through the merchant’s own payment providers and settle directly to the merchant’s accounts.

About Cleafs Technologies.

Cleafs Technologies L.L.C-FZ is a Dubai-based technology company specialising in order fulfilment infrastructure for digital marketing operations. The company is licensed by the Meydan Free Zone Authority under business activity codes covering digital content services, digital content management, and digital marketing.

Cleafs operates as the technology backbone for digital service merchants and marketing agencies across Europe and the Middle East. The platform provides order intake, a multi-currency checkout, tax-compliant invoicing, customer loyalty, and post-purchase reputation — components that allow operators to focus on their commercial offering rather than back-office plumbing.

Cleafs is a software provider. We do not hold, receive, transmit or manage customer funds at any point. Merchants contract directly with their own payment providers, and all customer payments settle into the merchant’s own accounts. Our only income is the service fee we invoice to the merchant.

The company is operated by an experienced team with a track record in digital commerce since 2017, serving merchants who require dependable order processing infrastructure with built-in regulatory compliance.

How is the platform priced?

Pricing is custom and based on monthly order volume, the modules selected (checkout, loyalty, reviews, invoicing), and integration scope. We provide a written quote within one working day of an initial call.

How long does integration take?

Typical onboarding for a WooCommerce merchant runs three to five working days from kick-off to live order processing. Custom API integrations and white-label deployments take longer depending on scope — we share a concrete estimate after the first technical call.

Do you offer white-label or branded deployment?

Yes. Agencies and resellers can run the platform under their own brand, with custom domains, branded checkout, and white-label invoicing. The Cleafs name does not appear in the customer journey unless you choose to surface it.

Where is customer data processed and stored?

Production infrastructure is hosted in the European Union with TLS encryption end-to-end via Cloudflare. Data processing is limited to order fulfilment purposes. We support GDPR data export and deletion requests on a per-customer basis.

Do you handle VAT and tax invoicing automatically?

Yes. The platform calculates VAT according to the customer's jurisdiction — EU OSS for consumer sales, UK and EU reverse charge for B2B with valid VAT numbers, and UAE VAT where applicable. Invoices generate on payment and are emailed with the order confirmation. Manual invoicing is available for wire-transfer customers.

Can we start with a single module rather than the full platform?

Yes. Order management, loyalty & rewards, and reviews each run independently. Many merchants start with one module and add others over time as the operation grows.

Which payment methods does the platform support?

The platform integrates out of the box with card (Visa, Mastercard) in any currency, Apple Pay, BLIK (Poland), bank wire, Hotpay fast bank transfer, and crypto providers. You contract with those providers directly and the funds settle into your own accounts — Cleafs never holds or routes them. Additional integrations can be added on request, subject to a separate scoping conversation.
