Can I create links to different pages of a specific site?

Yes, this is possible. The advantage of our direct linking technology is that you can link to every URL of our merchants. A merchant may choose to not open his whole site for affiliate marketing, and these kinds of cases will be clearly stated in the campaign description. In case nothing is stated about this in the campaign description, it is allowed to link to every page the merchant has available on their site.
